Dyan has worked as a script reader for Manhattan Theatre Club, Rhinebeck Writers Retreat, About Face Theatre Company, and the Bay Area Playwrights Festival, amongst others. As Director of Professional and International Licensing for Theatrical Rights Worldwide, she oversaw the company’s new musical submissions, and also served as a nominator for The Kilroys.
