Keep your good friends close...

I've always had a problem with Kashi Good Friends cereal. I sometimes fear I may be unjustly biased towards them because I tend to detest things that are full of wholesome goodness, but there are two major issues with the cereal that leave me feeling a bit uncomfortable.
The first problem is the name...Good Friends? I like for the name of my cereal to be descriptive of what I'm eating. Honey Bunches of Oats, Raisin Bran, Rice Krispies-all good solid names that tell the consumer exactly what is in store for him. I'll even take names that describe what the cereal does, like Total provides you with the total percentage of vitamins and minerals that you need. But Good Friends? Is this cereal intended for companionship? Is it a serving suggestion? Is this a cereal that you should only eat in the company of your closest acquaintances?
Which leads me to my other problem with the cereal, the "good friends" that are featured on the box:
I have a hard time believing that these two are good friends. Maybe society has left me harboring a lot of unjust prejudice, but I think it's not that common for a man and woman of that age to be good friends. Most likely they have spouses that would not be too keen on a close friendship between the two. Especially one where the two of them frequently are eating intimate breakfasts of high fiber cereal together. Hey, maybe the two of them are married. But that wouldn't make sense, would it? Then the cereal would have to be called "Good Spouses" and then it would only appeal to married consumers.
They should just call the cereal what it is, unappetizing twigs and granola that can be eaten with acquaintances or alone.
