Normally I'm a pretty rational person, but every now and then a conspiracy theory will win me over. For example, I'm not completely convinced that Tupac Shakur isn't still alive. C'mon, before you laugh take a second to think about how many albums he has released posthumously...kind of fishy, right? The latest theory that has caught my interest is the idea that performance artist/comedian Andy Kaufman faked his death. Sure the Tupac death theory is a little outlandish, but the possibility of Kaufman faking his own death is pretty believable. I'm still undecided on whether or not I think he could still be alive, but reading up on him and entertaining the idea is quite fascinating. Sure, I've been on winter break for three-and-a-half weeks so boredom has made me more susceptible to pondering conspiracy theories, but if you ever find yourself with some free time Kaufman is a pretty interesting guy to read up on.
